I drove about an hour and half to this location to experience the Dig Maine Gem adventure. I did do the $15 shovel your own bucket experience, the bucket is about a 4 gallon size, and there is a small pile of mineral material located on the premise. I was a little disappointed with the size, it was really a small pile verses a dig site.
